Hi Dr. Jess. I’m hoping you can hear my thoughts and let me know if this is a thing or if I’m just weird. I’m in a monogamous relationship with my girlfriend of almost 5 years. We’re each other’s first and only sexual partner. I often think and fantasize about her with other men and how she’d “handle” them.
