You are better off contracting an already proven team to take care of this for you. What is your job that this task was assigned to you with no previous experience dealing with something like this? Just saying it's going to be real hard to hire people if they know more about it than you. The people that can get stuff done quick get paid the most money.

Thanks for that answer, that's what I was wondering. It's almost as if you have the vision of a person with one eye, but both eyes function.
You should try some eye therapy to try and strengthen you eyes, I only say that because you mentioned your eyes are crossed. Maybe with strength training you could get some sort of progress, you never know.
I know my sister went to eye therapy for years for what I called her "crazy eye"(I'm an asshole) that didn't track with the other quite perfectly. It wasn't visibly noticeable by anyone else though but her.
