Who was right, Elaine or the Soup Nazi?

Dr. Sapolsky, I loved your book a Primate’s Memoir and it influenced me to not only study mammalogy and primatology but also East African History. I found your description of Uganda during the Idi Amin regime to be particularly powerful. I later got a degree in African history and also was lucky enough to be able to observe baboons in Tanzania as part of a field research course at my College. I was very much influenced in this by your writing. Your work greatly influenced to view both humans and animals in a more compassionate lens and I just wanted to thank you personally. I guess my question if you get a chance to answer any more is more of a philosophical one. Do you think large conflicts between rival baboon troops can be classified as a form of warfare? Or is that anthropomorphizing primates?
