As another ME/CFS patient I think what's needed is doctors that are trained to diagnose difficult to diagnose diseases, which GPs can refer to. Lives are being ruined first by these illnesses, then by a dysfunctional system which has not taken steps to meet the medical needs of these patients. There are many young patients with a serious life altering illness that just fall through the cracks of the system.

How do you feel about the mental disorders being subjective diagnoses? How far are we from having objectively diagnoses mental disorders?

I'm surprised anyone would still make a diagnosis of conversion disorder. I thought Freud has been thoroughly discredited as quack.
