The bitch thing about cancers is that sometimes they manifest themselves symptom wise in something as simple as fatigue. In my experience as a nurse people generally don't come in pre-diagnosis with pain. The things to look out for are a generally crummy feeling, fatigue, irritability, unexplained weight loss, loss of appetite, frequent nausea, headaches, new occurrences of seizures and all of the other usual suspects that you probably have heard of. Typically cancers don't really present with oh shit I'm dying type symptoms. This is one of the big reasons it can be so hard to catch early, and especially so in younger people who have otherwise healthy high functioning bodies. Usually those poor folks don't even know something is wrong until it's time to panic. The best advice to follow is that if you see or feel something is off go talk to your doctor. Getting some testing done is a small price to pay to avoid the terrible situation OP is in. At the end of the day sometimes there just isn't shit we can do to stop these diseases, but the earlier we catch them the better your chances are.

I dont know how connected you are to the rest of your peers but I would really like to know if steroid use is prevalent among the male performers in the adult film industry and if so how prevalent? I sort of picture the dudes in porn as a bunch of gym rats that some guy glanced at in the locker room and said "Hey dude, nice penis."

Housing costs jumped 15% in one year, should they be able to see into the future? Even in a major metropolitan setting that increase would be considered excessive.

When you're designing a cover does the process start with a concept or a photograph? If there is a particularly meaningful picture does that set the tone for the magazine or do you try to match the tone you guys have in mind by then going out and selecting an image?
