I am an art teacher and college professor who considered a career change recently. I’ve always enjoyed the outdoors and nature however I don’t have a science degree as would be hesitant to take out loans to pursue one. (I would study for free in a heartbeat.) Do you have any recommendations on what I should do or where I should look for a position that might suit me? Thank you.

I'm interested to know if you have any advice for how to best handle a bully in the workplace, specifically a direct superior who is female. I am curious as to how you would suggest one disable an aggressors "ability to make the victim appear like a crazy bitch," to quote your Medium article. I have difficulty with understanding the politics of a specific workplace immediately after starting and I am frustrated that I continually make missteps. Are there rules or resources to consider? I understand that much of it is common sense but sometimes we are blinded by our own desire to meet Sandberg. Is there anything you would have done differently?
