I've mainly only heard of people not eating before a scene if they're doing anal. But you right, it can be stressful and hard on your body. It isn't just because of the exertion from the sex but also maintaining your "brand" or image. I try to keep a healthy balanced diet, drink plenty of water starting the night before and get a restful night of sleep. There are sometimes when your body just isn't feeling it and you do have to push through but if you have a good crew you hardly feel the fatigue because of the energy on set.

That's a good question! So when shooting with Lust Cinema the sex is free-flowing. It isn't scripted and they allow us to just go wherever our chemistry flows. Now when it comes to dirty talk we can say whatever but because Ashford Manor was a period piece it helped to try to say the "sexy things" in character! For example instead of saying "OH GOD YEEEESS HARDER!" we'd say " MY LOVE WOULD YOU PENETRATE WITH A RAPID AND UNWAVERING PACE" lol 😆

Ashford Manor had a fabulous team of writers... Inka and her friend! A script can come from anywhere. Sometimes studios hire exclusive writers for all of their movies and sometimes the director is also the writer! On special occasions we as talent get to write our own scripts!
