You speak purely anecdotal and not fact based. There are lazy people unionized or not.

Depends on the job. Don't think there is any difference in UPS context or jobs like it. It's not like being faster or better gets you paid more.

Unions help raise the bar and pick up the lack of a social net from the government.

Office managers is another ball game but for working class, unions are a great thing since the system is stacked against them and keeping things out of reach.
