I graduated from a HBCU in the 80's. The aging faculty was all about teaching African American children of the sixties how to push whitey's buttons. Dick Gregory came to our school to rally us all on more than one occasion.

What has changed, and why should they continue to get federal funding to promote what honestly has to be called bigotry and allowed to sidestep mainstreaming into the global community with tax dollars?
