I have trichtilomania and I pluck the hairs around areas where no one can see now. The area around it is bumpy from constant plucking (they're not very inflamed or a sign of STI as far as I'm concerned,). Will it remain the same for my lifetime? Or is it possible to change it to be a bit smoother with a wax? ...Might not be the right place to ask.

I feel heat down my neck, tears, shaking and all the typical stuff.
