So more taxes for NJ residents, who are already taxed to death? It’s the biggest reason I had to move out of the state.

Yes, I agree that clean water is extremely important. My issue is with the candidate saying that he is going to increase the payroll tax. Ok, but you just can’t keep adding additional taxes to residents without something else having to give. NJ residents already pay some of the highest property taxes in the nation and the waste of taxpayer funds should be addressed before just adding more burden onto its citizens.
