What data does your company collect about students/clients?

Is your company COPPA compliant?

If your concern was about students being excluded because of standardized testing, why not work to end testing rather than feed into it?

Some kids don’t have the opportunity to put the work in. They’re homeless, or their parent(s) work multiple jobs so the kid is responsible for younger siblings, or the kid works a job themselves, a parent is dealing with addiction, etc.

There are so many things that affect a child’s performance on these tests that they simply are not a good indicator of a child’s academic potential. They measure class privilege and white cultural proficiency more than anything else.
