We've seen a lot of development with Red Vs Blue from it's machinima-only days up to now with a good mix of animation/action centric episodes and it's machinima and story driven episodes (not that those things are mutually exclusive). What do you think is gonna be the next big jump in production (Longer episodes, a movie, more animation and less machinima, ect) ?

Also, what skill set from the team do you think will be invaluable in the foreseeable future (besides their crazy work ethic and ability to go without sleep)?
