Not to be funny, but having limited dexterity must make removing a dirty diaper a seriously real challenge.

"some of the best medical treatment in the world" is questionable.
This is how I've always explained it: America has some of the best medicine in the world. Unfortunately, we also have some of the worst healthcare in the world.
It's stupefying how many Americans think those words (medicine/healthcare) are synonymous. Two entirely different animals. We have the best medicine, provided you can afford it. But, our healthcare sucks diseased ass. Last time I checked, the WHO ranked us #38th in the world.

Unfortunately, there are legions of people that would immediately correct you on this. An immediate medical emergency, they will treat and bill. Anything beyond that, good luck, you're going to need it.

Okay, I know other people are curious too, but I think most are afraid to ask, so I'll jump right in at the deep...uhh...probably not a good idiom to use in this case.
Anyway, so the question: What's the situation with sex and a C6 spinal cord injury? While I'm sure it's physically possible, more so for a paralyzed woman than a paralyzed man, I would imagine natural lubrication would be suppressed at least a good deal if not entirely.
If sex is something that's not out of the picture, is there any feeling at all outside of the desire for intimacy and touch? Is it weird for someone's partner of a quad? How about pregnancy? I would imagine that some vital functions would be compromised that would prevent carrying to full term even if pregnancy occurred.
Sorry if this is too personal, but I can't help but contemplate this aspect as well.

Yes, but the real question here is will you do the Fandango?
