How does it feel to believe this strongly that we're ruining our planet and know that your daily life is in some way contributing to this?

This is an honest question, I spent about 10 minutes trying to ask it in the least dick-ish way possible.

I'd like your honest first thought when you think of America and Americans. I'm well aware that this could be something that some might find offensive and I'm totally good with that, I'd really like your REAL stereotype of the people and the country.
