1) What advice would you give to a law and social work grad starting off in an HR rotational leadership program -- any particular divisions within HR that you would recommend getting exposure to?

2) What areas within big tec/HR do you see as most important and most relevant in the years ahead.

How can I forget the most important question I've been too scared to ask anyone -- how much can an HR exec at a large silicon valley company make...(i.e, a Facebook/HP or Google) (including bonus) ? I'm following your rules Lazlo! Ditching big law and heading into HR straight out of law school-- did a ton of things until 30 and now going to specialize in HR and hope that I don't regret this :)
