What's your theory on DB Cooper?

Will space-based telescopes ever get to a level of precision where we can image exoplanets directly / see features of these planets?

Sweet. But I meant atmospheric features, continental features, etc. That would be so cool.

What are the maximum discounts a front-line rep is allowed to give on TV packages? Is there a percentage? I want to call and say... "Look, I know you can authorize an x% discount. Do it." Thanks!

Good stuff. I get these calls from time to time (Your Health Insurance is APPROVED!) but never keep a log of them or jot anything down. The next time I get one, what information do I need to get from them that would be helpful to you?
