Hey, lady and gentlemen! I've been listening to the album on repeat since I got it yesterday, and the continual flow from track to track seems to more cohesive than No Kings or your eponymous first release, which is a new (and really cool) flavor for you guys. Mad props to Lazerbeak and Paper Tiger for the beats that keep this thing driving all the way to the end. Marathon is probably my favorite on the album, and I think it's a perfect way to wind down the high energy that's been present throughout the rest of the album.

My question for all of you is this: how much thought went into the track order on this release (with the artistic expression you were trying to convey through the album as a whole)? Or was the intent more for every track to stand on its own? Thanks, guys!

Your first album, "Eulogy for Evolution" is one of my absolute favorites. What was your thought process in trying to document the span of life, from birth to death? Did you have any musical or literary influences that really spoke to you with that project?
