Dude, whatever. I'm probably one of the bigger fans of the metal band Powerglove and even I can admit that they have done dick all recently. The last album they released was six years ago and I haven't seen them listed on a tour since like 2011-2012. Besides, there are a million YouTube channels dedicated to doing what they do and they can produce content way faster than Powerglove seems to be able to. Erock on YouTube has done just about every song you can think of, and ToxicxEternity literally shits a new great sounding metal cover out in one or two twitch streams while you watch and it will be up on YouTube within the week. At this point the only thing Powerglove the metal band has going for them is a badass fucking stage show that I wish would make the rounds a lot more than it does. I literally almost bought the new blood dragon game because it said Powerglove did the soundtrack and upon learning it wasnt the metal band, I too was a little disappointed and annoyed that another band exists with that name; then I realized that Powerglove has fallen so far off the radar that I could give two shits that another one exists. At least they are active. A great band name like that shouldn't be shelved.

You're pretty well known for doing some ridiculous and inventive attacks in the cage. Do these just come to you in the moment or do you actively work on and practice unorthodox moves in training to confuse your opponent?

I'm pretty sure this Power Glove didn't stop them from releasing an album for 6 years. If they want some exposure then they should release some content. In essence, they fucked up their own exposure. And you gotta realize, this is coming from a really big Powerglove fan. I'm probably the only person in this conversation that's lied to a cop telling him I'm in Powerglove to avoid getting an open liquor ticket during one of their shows. I would still love a new album if they want to release one and I will run out and buy a ticket to the first show they do in my area, but that being said this band is just doing far more with the name so why bother crying foul over it? Even they say it's cool now so obviously both sides are at ease with it.
