You list equal pay as one of your values.

No they don't:

Fair pay

We pay every person fairly, from interns to performers. When you pay for your porn you ensure that everyone working on the movie gets the right pay.

Fair doesn't mean equal, it's perfectly fair to pay female talent in porn more since they are the ones attracting the largely straight male audience. Which you admit. Yet you still try to construe this as some kind of gotcha, and then accuse them of using ethical as a buzzword when they are going to great length here explaining how they are different and better than regular porn. You knew your argument is horse shit and you did it anyway to feel good about yourself.

I hate redditors.

What are you talking about here, specifically?

? The bigger star brings more value to the company, so they earn more. Fair. The idea behind the gender wage gap is that a man's work has the exact same value to the company as a woman's, yet the woman gets paid less. Not fair.

Besides, OP isn't even disagreeing. They outright admit that valid reasons for female performers earning more exist. They were just triggered by a company claiming to be ethical, justified or not.

Edit:

I will say that being a man in porn isn't fair in the sense that they get paid less for the same work through no fault of their own and there's probably next to nothing they can do to earn as much as a female performer. But that's supply and demand really, customers demand women more than men. That's probably not exploitative, just unfortunate.

I seem to remember counting my days recently and it was 19 or 20. Each of those averaging at about 10-12 hours!

Well, I played the extra you can see in the trailer and some other masked roles. I'm afraid I can't tell you how much screen time I had as I haven't seen the movie yet! But I can guarantee it probably all boils down to less than a second or two. Haha!

You were on set (and paid?) for 200 hrs... for 3 seconds of screen time?
