Having lost ~10% of your total body mass, do you find yourself needing to eat ~10% less food?

Last time I was there, there was a guy with a cart selling butterbeer, which sounds disgusting - (I'm imagining butter with beer in it) - but there were a lot of people with them. What does it actually taste like?
