My grandmother lived in Denmark at the time and she has said when my great grandma was at work the Nazis would baby sit her and her sister. She said the Nazi soldiers were only around 15 years old and shouldn't have been fighting because they were too young. So my great grandmother asked them to watch grandma and would give them a few cents to take my grandma to the candy store too.
