Also, kids cartoons are so scary.

This from someone who literally watched a childhood friend get eaten by a crocodile.

I always ask a similar question but phrase it more like "given my skills and background, do you have any questions or concerns about my ability to excel in this role?"

That leaves them with the opportunity to evaluate the conversation and potentially even compliment you instead of deliberately asking them to hunt for a negative. You of course have to be prepared to follow up any potential negatives with a pivot for how you'd overcome said concern, but in my experience I've found hiring managers are generally impressed and even caught off guard by the ballsiness of the question and most have ended up just saying everything looks great, even when I've interviewed for roles I was honestly underqualified for.

Yeah this definitely strikes me as weird. Anthony Hopkins is a legend of course, but nobody is a fan of "Anthony Hopkins movies" in general the same way you might call yourself a fan of Tom Cruise/Will Ferrell/The Rock/Etc. movies. He might be your favorite actor but there's too much variation and too many supporting roles to lump them in as just "Anthony Hopkins movies."

I realized a while back that I literally never hear anything about Stephen's private, day-to-day life. I've heard about his wife and kids and the small bit of history that's on wikipedia, but for such a hugely well-known and influential comedian, I have never seen a candid photo of him or heard any "paparazzi" news about his private life. I've never even seen a selfie of him with a fan on the street or in a restaurant, and I tried a few google searches just now and got practically nothing.

I've always heard how incredibly kind and charming he is, so is he just that protective of his private life? Does he not go out to eat in Manhattan or go to ball games or shopping or anything? I totally understand him wanting to keep his character and his real persona somewhat separate and it's totally cool if he's super protective of his private life, but I have a hard time believing that anyone of his celebrity status can sneak around as well as he must.

So what gives?

That's fair but I still wouldn't lump them into the term "Anthony Hopkins movies." Tell me you're the world's biggest Anthony Hopkins fan and I won't bat an eye. Tell me you like "Anthony Hopkins movies" and I'm thinking what the fuck.
