First of all, good job on taking this 'service' down that caused alot of damage to a lot of companies. I've a few questions regarding the proces of engaging a target with the intention to take it down.

• When the NCA contacts The Netherlands in 2017 what kind of processes are being started? Are there any fases to go through which leads to shutting Webstresser.org down?

• About Team High Tech Crime, what kind of people are you looking for?

• Will there ever be another Cybercrime Challenge? I've enjoyed the last challenge with the hospital records and memdump proces.

Thank you for this opportunity to answer some questions for the Reddit community Minister Koenders.

My first question is about the reputation that the refugees recieve the last few months. More and more people are afraid or withdrawn to the coming of refugeecentre in their neighborhood or even their city.

• What could the government or EU do too change the way people look at refugees and be more open to let them find a safehaven?

The criticism against the EU, Brussels and USA(ttip) is growing the last few years, since the change of the currency back in '01. With growing each year I sincerely think that the chance of reaching a common goal is very small.

• How do you think we can achieve a common goal with 28+ countries that have their own agenda's, standards, values and economie? Isn't the EU just something that seems too good to be true?
