How do you pinpoint individuals in an industry that is probably more universally partisan than just about any other in the United States

Thats just plain wrong

1. It varies state to state so thats not even a meaningful statement

2 I'm gonna point out the obvious, reasonable from a legal standpoint is a useless term. What you think is reasonable I'd bet I'd call oppressive

Reasonable is a meaningless term it is subjective to the individual opinion. Is that complex to you?
