I was about to say I don't remember zoning being part of parks and rec. I'm on the opposite side of smokey and work in real estate. Zoning and city planning is actually a vital part of building a city. (remember sim city) And there are many awesome parts of cities that are collaborations between the zoning committees and us developers.
