I am so jealous. Thanks for sharing. I will be less terrified of surgery now!

My daughter was born with a minor health issue. She only needed one medication, but it was over 1,000 a month. We also had to pay $350 twice a week to see a specialist to adjust the meds until they could figure out the right dose (that took about a year).

In america it doesn't matter if it was a condition you were born with, you have to pay for it. And its often very expensive.
