This is probably too late but I figured I'll try anyway.
Is this program only for hospitalized patients? While I am not from the area you are, I have been dealing with various chronic illnesses over the years and it's a very difficult thing to deal with because it's not something most people can relate to at my age. I've always wished I had a support group that is more like this group of friends that you have built. I admire your work and as someone with chronic illness really appreciate all that you are doing.
