What if you guys were to strategically "litter" bags of food with the homeless following behind picking it up...

I'm sure paying a littering fine would be much cheaper then actually getting a permit

I HATE wine (taste like vinegar to me) but my gf wants to start having a glass of wine at night and knows nothing about wine. Is there something out there that we can drink?
