What do you explore for people feeling like they are not enough?

I work in a creative field and we're constantly shown what to aim for and I struggle to feel good enough, that my own art work will never be "up to the standard" so I find myself just not doing anything because there are so many people better than me. Like, I won't apply for a job because I feel like my work isn't good enough to get hired. But then when it comes to practicing it's hard to start because I feel like it won't be perfect or even good so why try.

Maybe those are all different things. But if you could provide tips or reasonings on how to overcome some of these issues. Or even just ur thoughts on the issues. That'd be great. Thanks :)

As a Canadian do you have any tips on getting your foot in the door? Are you aware of any studios that are more likely to take fresh meat? Whether is be in tv or video games.

they were dismissing at least some of the 4 I know with the condition as fake which I thought was very off for someone who claims to be a doctor.

I wouldn't be surprised, I know two people with it (tbf they're related) and it took YEARS for people to take my friend seriously. They were formally diagnosed with it relatively young as well, but they only very recently found a doctor that would take their issues seriously, specifically with the chronic pain. They had been to sooooo many doctors over the years that I've known them, as well as specialists, who just dismissed them. Even with a formal diagnosis doctors didn't believe them. Heartbreaking imo.
