Does the ACLU plan on teaching people how to exercise their rights instead of just informing them of their rights? I think a major issue is that people know their rights, they just aren't as informed on how to exercise those rights.

For example, people have a right to film police, yes, but they cannot start getting in the way of a police incident. A classic example is when people are filming and the officers are wrestling with a suspect, the person filming thinks they have a right to get right up on the officers which just causes problems for everyone including the person who is filming getting arrested.

Yeah the left has never used emotion for political gain.*
