Southern Tier is my new favorite brewery. Nothing they've made has let me down. Love their 2XSTOUT (double milk stout), their 2xMAS (christmas beer) and their Hop Sun (summer wheat - nicely balanced with a good hit of hops). Also, their creme brulee stout is often my dessert replacement when I can find it. I honestly don't know why they aren't a more popular brewery.

Hey Matt,

Long time fan here! Wondering if you'd plan on breaking out the old 12-string and doing an acoustic tour sometime? Ya know, bust out your decade of hits. I would love to see that.

Also, what cover that you perform do you think gets the best response from the audience?

I've been into beer for a while now, and I've had a period of time where I get really into one beer and try a bunch of that type. Started with wheat-beers, then extreme hops, then reds/ambers, then belgians, then pilseners/lagers, then porters, then maltier balanced beers, then stouts, and more recently just whatever is interesting/unique. However, I've never been able to get into Flemish sours. Is something wrong with me? I just have never had one I enjoyed. Any recommendations?
