In my opinion, comparing

A: Being in close quarters in a confined area like a plane for 3 hours with 200 people (with ventilation)

Vs

B: Spending eight hours in a room by yourself in a building with 200 people who are also in rooms by themselves

I personally would choose a hotel, and I would just wipe down the hotel room with disinfectant wipes when I check in

What's the nitty-gritty of the paperwork behind-the-scenes? is there any kind of cash flow, did you register as a non-profit? or is it strictly just volunteer and it happens and no money exchanged, no donations accepted, etc?

Yeah I feel like the main one would be taxes/irs. That's really the only spot for me personally where ssn is a recurring thing.
