I doubt that's true. Palm oil is oil, i.e. pure fat. Noodles are mostly carbohydrate with a little protein. There is nothing special nutritionally about that combination. It wouldn't be considered healthy to live off it. It'll be low cost per calorie but that hasn't got anything to do with nutrition.
