I often see service dogs and K-9 units and So many owners/handlers are so GRATEFUL when I ask permission to interact first. It's also very good to ignore the service animal completely unless the owner indicates it's okay.

The handler of the K-9 unit (drug and bomb sniffer) I often see at my job says the interaction with people is good as it fine-tunes his ability to track. Every time I see him though, I still ignore the dog until his handler says it's okay to say hi because he's working.

Hi! Does or will your heart weaken gradually as a result of this medical condition or because you've found a way to stop these episodes can you lead a fairly normal life?

Rudeness can also be non-verbal (ie allowing doors to slam in your face, jumping in front of you in the EDR line at work, not returning a smile, etc) - sorry, I should have clarified.
