Can you tell us what you believe happened. Did he rob the store? Was he shot in the back? Did he attack the police officer in the car?

I watched a video recently that claimed he did pay for the goods but the altercation as he was leaving was about something else. The video. claimed her left some cigars behind as he couldn't pay for them all.
