Since AT&T sends most/all of the data that crosses its network directly to the NSA and was granted retroactive immunity by the Government, aren't new laws like CISPA just to feed the illusion that all our data isn't already being collected wholesale? Aren't they already doing everything that CISPA would allow them to with total immunity?
