I worked at a Taco Bell for a few years, my boss would make a regular schedule for 4/20 in the computer so corporate wouldn't get on his ass about it, but then coordinate extra people to come in. Then he'd change the actual schedule like the day before so that everybody was working legally and tell corporate it was an emergency so they couldn't do shit. It backfired once or twice with somebody not coming in because they forgot about it or decided they didn't actually want to come in but for the most part everybody was cool.

He was one of the best fast food managers I ever worked for.
