How do you account for the inherent contradiction between the drive for profit (ever expanding growth) on a planet with finite resources? What in the experience of the past 500 years would suggest that the market and conservation are compatible?

This is just whataboutism. It's possible to think that Jews shouldn't have a national homeland in Israel (i.e. a Jewish ethnostate built by the ethnic cleansing of Palestinians) without being an anti-Semite. It's possible and good to criticize Israel without having to mention in the same breath Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, etc. .

There is absolutely anti-Semitism on both the left and right but you cheapen the meaning of the word by using these categories to determine what constitutes a valid critique of Israel. Shame on you.
