Hateful speech is the only thing that needs to be protected. Everything else is just regular speech.

I changed my mind on this when I saw the president of Iran talk at Columbia University. At first I was appalled they let him speak. He made a fool of himself when he claimed there were n gays in Iran. Letting idiots speak is the easiest way to shine light on their backwards views.

You keep referencing that some people are repeat offenders. Why does a company continue to rent to people that try to shoot their employees or never pay. My first thought was, its all about the money, but if someone gets shot or injured, their insurance rates would go through the roof.
