Luxottica IS trying to do away with PRIVATE PRACTICE in an attempt to make doctors be their employees and only prescript their products. You also leave out that Luxottica OWNS it's own insurance company eyemed and used that to funnel the people who have it to their owned retail stores like pearl vision lenscrafters ect
