I just love Reddit...seeing these esteemed journalists wishing Chili_Fart happy cake day made me laugh out loud over my mound of Five Guys fries.

I answered above because it looks like the op is gone but just go buy some leather conditioner and go to town. Do this a few times this week and it should be alright--and from now on condition your leather once every 3 months.

He is gone and I sale furniture and tend to sale mostly leather. You should always xondition leather every 3 months. I alwayd remind customers that this is skin so just imagine how dry your skin gets without lotion.

Home Depot carries a descent cleaner/conditioner called Zep or you can find your local leather focused retailer and ask if they sale any leather condionter kits

Your idea is great and I hope they read it. Isn't there a website that connects people to freelancers? Maybe they hire a sales manager to contact mid level podcasts. I am sure there are tons of podcasts that have healthy pools of listeners and the creators would probably love to have a small revenue stream. I like how Gimlet runs their ads, it actually seems to be part of their business model (branded podcasts). It would be cool to have the podcast hosts do a live ad talking about their favorite snacks.

Hes gone but I am in furniture sales.

Full grain is the hide which has not been corrected. It often has natural markings like wrinkles and bug bites. It breathes very and is very durable. It usually is just finished with analine dye. This is the type of leather that will develop a patina over time that people love.

Top grain is by far what most people purchsse as it does not cost the same as a well maintained 1999 Honda Civic. It is split to about 2mm and sanded so all the markings are gone to a uniform finish. It still will breathe and looks like what most people think leather should look like but it does not get that beautiful patina as full grain will after years of use.
