I really enjoy most of your books, but I think David vs Goliath seems to ignore the issue of distribution of outcomes. For example you say that it's better to be in the top 1/3 in science at University of Maryland than bottom 1/3 at Harvard, but I'd be curious to know what the earning difference is, not just the difference in graduation rate that I feel was ignored in the book.

Similarly in your chapter on dyslexia you kind of touch on the subject, but don't really get into the distribution.
