Serious question: Can you ever see weather being physics based? I'm thinking snow drifts and floods mainly.

Hi there, I appreciate that this might be a slightly sensitive question but I'm currently in the process of writing an essay on the acceptability and use of torture in COIN campaigns, as such I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on the occurrences of abuses, the use of 'enhanced interrogation' to gather intelligence and what impact these both have upon the COIN Campaign.
