2. You are a prosecutor looking at the records of a defendant with a court-ordered psychiatric evaluation.
3. You are any type of attorney looking at the mental health records of a defendant who went to trial, and whose records are not a matter of public record.

I want to be clear in the fact that my initial comment wasn't an attack on you personally. I didn't expressly say that you "lied" in your AMA or that your intention in submitting the AMA was 100% for personal gain.

My point was that there are many things that struck me as "off" with this thread. Maybe the reasons behind that aren't all your fault. I also chose to give alternatives for those reasons in my initial comment.

Being harassed is a traumatic experience. There are still many, MANY things I, and everyone else, here don't know about this case. But from what I understand, the reasons for the problems this woman had were not her fault. Maybe it wasn't your intention to portray yourself as a helpless victim who overcame so much, and I'm not saying that's how I necessarily view it either.

But I believe that you are able to see, more than any of us, the reasons this happened. I personally would have gone about sharing my story in a different way. The fact that I pointed out things that I see wrong here doesn't mean that I believe the fault lies solely with you.
