The Twitter account has 1 tweet on it. The Facebook account is 4 days old with 6 likes. There is no evidence online that I could find for the existence of his other organisation, the Organization for the Protection of North American Amphibians.

His YouTube account, while admittedly involving a lot of amphibian commentary, shows that he's also knowledgeable of astrophysics (in a comment to another user). The account is otherwise engaged in urging PewDiePie to do him a favour.

Nothing about this AMA is verifiable or even likely. If it is true, then this truly is one incredibly fascinating individual and more power to him. But, I am entirely unconvinced.

I'm staggered at how much money it would require to get Richard Ridings involved. Could you explain where that money mostly goes? Studio rental? Ridings' agency?
