You'd be surprised at how much spare time many military men and women have. This involves a lot of time spent alone with people, which could lead to the events discussed here. Also, there is very rarely any punishment dished out due to authority discouraging reports of sexual assault. It's a sad situation overall.

Could more pictures of the building and general area be posted, I'm sure that'd relieve some of the feats plus makes things more tangible.
