I think that it would be ridiculously simple to destroy a space base. They need to be engineered to be light, easily transported, easily assembled. These three factors alone would make them very vulnerable to basic weaponry. It really wouldn't take much to kill everyone at a space base.

The obvious first step is eliminating alcohol, ESPECIALLY binge drinking. I'm not preaching, I remember my mom's doctor stating this when she was diagnosed with kidney stones and ended up having to have one removed. After that, they recommended she eat lots of leafy greens and beans, yoghurt (the calcium bonds with the mineral that causes stones so you can poop it out), and just take care of herself in general. While this isn't specific to kidney disease, it is good advice in general.

No need to reply to this. I did this with my daughters, nieces, and nephews when you were inhabiting the ISS and continue to do so, now. For toddlers, the ISS is an easy "shooting star" to see and make a wish upon. For kids, it's super badass to be an astronaut streaking across the night sky in a shining speeding bullet. For this adult, it makes me happy to see humanity investing in science and exploration. Thanks.

That's not a successful strategy for combating depression. If anything, it'll add to the negative narrative dragging her --and him-- down.
