Haha I once got told a new colleague was starting at work and his name was so Italian it might as well have been Giuseppe Rigatoni and when he turned up I said hello there and he went 'ahh g'day mate how's it goin'?'.
Italian-Australian is an amazing combination and an interesting cultural mix!

Hi Mr Murphy, huge fan! Listen to your music regularly as well as enjoy your film work.
My question is about how your piece Kanada's Death, Pt. 2 (Adagio in D Minor), which is beautiful by the way, has come to be something of a stock piece of music in the trailer and soundtrack world (Wikipedia lists 30+ famous ways it's been used!) in that it's become a whole basis for new and wonderful compositions.
How does it feel to have become a staple like Zimmer's Inception 'bwaam' and how does one piece get so widespread?
Thank you!
