I work in a building that has the doors open at 6am to give access to the businesses inside. I at least once a week see homeless sleeping on the stairs, waiting outside the bathroom which has a key code which changes daily. Ive walked into the bathroom with people bathing in the sink, smoking meth, turning tricks etc. The key code helps, it was apparently way worse when it was open bathroom.
